Which language are the presentations in?
All presentations are either given in English or are professionally translated to English in real-time. Presentations given in English are: Dr. Ian Dunbar, Kathy Sdao, Dr. Kristina Spaulding, Sonia Fetherling & Maria Hense. Presentations given in Czech & translated are: Stano Farkaš & Markéta RybáÅ™ová.

How I watch the live broadcast?
The conference uses its own professional broadcasting platform (not Zoom) that is accessible through any web browser. To participate in the live sessions or watch the recordings, simply come back to this program page after registration is closed, and you will find a link to log-in. You will also receive a link via email to participate in the live broadcast and watch the recordings afterwards.
What are the local times for the live sessions?
The local times for the live sessions are listed in the program details. Because the conference is in Europe, some of the live sessions take place at inconvenient US local times. but you will have 6 months of access to the recordings.

How do I watch the recording?
Participants have access to the recordings for 6 months & can earn CEUs whether they make the live sessions or not. So don't worry if the live broadcast doesn't work for you, watch all sessions at anytime on any device after the live broadcast. Recordings will be available approximately 5 days after the live broadcast.
How about CEUs?
The program has been awarded 20 CEUs by CCPDT & IAABC. Please provide your CCPDT member number at registration and it will be submitted on your behalf. For IAABC you will receive CEU upload instructions.

Refunds:
We offer a full refund for any reason up to the 72 hours before the first live broadcast, March 5, 2026! Simply email us at info@puppyworks.com and request a refund.
