Your registration is not complete until any required payment has been successfully processed.
Cancellations and Refunds

Any specific cancellation or refund terms presented during registration or on the applicable program page form part of these Terms and will govern that registration.
Unless otherwise stated, fees for programs or digital content that have already been accessed, viewed, downloaded, or delivered may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.

Petworkshops reserves the right to modify program schedules, speakers, instructors, topics, formats, venues, dates, or other program details when reasonably necessary.
If circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent a program from proceeding as planned, we may reschedule the program, modify its format, provide substitute programming, or take other reasonable measures.

Petworkshops cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to online programs and is not responsible for interruptions caused by a participant's Internet connection, equipment, software, third-party platforms, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Unless otherwise stated, the content provided through Petworkshops programs and this website—including text, graphics, logos, videos, recordings, presentations, handouts, course materials, photographs, and other content—is owned by or licensed to Petworkshops, its speakers, instructors, or other respective rights holders and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Recording of Programs

Petworkshops reserves the right to remove an individual from a program or restrict access to services for conduct that is disruptive, abusive, threatening, fraudulent, unlawful, or materially interferes with the experience or safety of others.
