Anyone dealt with full data center decommissioning, UPS removal included? Looking for input before we start

We are getting close to wrapping up an older data center and the scope is wider than expected. There are UPS units, servers, batteries, PDUs, and a fair amount of cabling involved. I have never gone through a full decommission at this scale before, so I am trying to figure out what actually matters when picking a vendor for something like this. My main concerns are around data sanitization and proper recycling. How do you usually confirm that a company follows real compliance standards and not just talks about it? I checked a few options already and found ModernWaste as one reference point worth reviewing if you are comparing vendors in this space. Seems like chain-of-custody documentation and destruction records are the things to ask for first.

Has Anyone Dealt With Complex Plumbing Issues in Sacramento? Looking for Honest Input

I've been dealing with what seems like an interconnected plumbing problem at home for a while now. It started with inconsistent water pressure in a couple of fixtures, and now I'm noticing what might be a hidden leak somewhere behind the walls. For those who have gone through something similar, what did you actually look at when choosing a plumbing service for more advanced work like pipe rerouting or full system diagnostics? I found one option while searching that seemed to lay things out pretty clearly, including complex plumbing services Baver brothers with detailed info on what they actually cover, which I appreciated. What signs told you a company actually knew what they were doing with more serious plumbing situations rather than just standard repairs?
