CASE STUDY SUBMISSION FORM

The speakers will review the cases and let us know which ones they will use by Monday, March 11th. Please note, only a limited number of cases will be allowed and cases will be chosen based on the educational value to the attendees. Some cases will be chosen for the lecture portion and other cases will be discussed in the breakout sessions.

If your dog is chosen as a case study, it is your responsibility to be able to confine your dog quietly and safely in your vehicle. This is for the safety of your dog. We don't have any available crating space in the building. Your name will be announced 5-10 minutes before your demonstration time, so you will have time to get your dog out of your vehicle.
